The Role

- Impulsar la estrategia de adopción de productos de gestión de activos de TI en búsqueda de lograr eficiencia en el uso de recursos de HW o SW. (Solo perfil Senior)

• Asesorar sobre el modelo de operación, configuración de una CMDB, seguridad, permisos y gobierno de las herramientas de ITAM. (Solo perfil Senior y Medium)


• Instalar, configurar, elaborar scripts de despliegue y desplegar los productos de una especialidad tecnológica (SNOW Software, Flexera, BMC DIscovery o afínes). Participar en pases a producción, y despliegues de cambios de ambientes pre-productivos a productivos.


• Administrar y operar los productos de complejidad de una especialidad tecnológica relacionadas a soluciones ITAM y Discovery e inhouse.


• Interactúa permanentemente las unidades usuarias del Banco para definir acciones clave, construir acciones personalizadas, patrones, reglas para atender los requerimientos por controles de cambio para habilitación y deshabilitación de monitoreos, ventanas de mantenimiento e incidentes sobre las plataformas de ITAM o Discovery.


• Controlar el proceso de gobierno, explorar, identificar y proponer soluciones de monitoreo, que en ocasiones incluye hardware o software, sacando el máximo provecho a la plataforma y las tecnologías con las que cuenta el Banco. (Solo perfil Senior / Medium)


• Apoya al proceso de estandarización/homologación y soporte para integraciones de las soluciones de soluciones ITAM o Discovery.


• Conocer y proponer mejores prácticas, confección de métricas para la mejora del proceso de soporte de la solución.


• Construye instrucciones de código con procesos estandarizados bajo un marco metodológico a fin de acelerar la entrega y reducir la interacción humana.


• Prepara y presenta entregables de los requerimientos de ITAM o Discovery como Dashboards funcionales, de negocio, aplicación, servicios o los resultados de la integración con componentes de terceros.


• Promover la optimización en la operación de las diferentes plataformas. (Solo perfil Senior o Medium)
  

Who You Are

Skills:


- Implementación, configuración y administración de soluciones de la suite de SNOW Software / Flexera / ILMT (On-prem o SaaS).

• Conocimiento en configuración de flujos de issues y personalizaciones de la solución de Jira Cloud, y de los productos de atlassian.


• Conocimiento en diseño de reportes y dashboards en las soluciones o por fuera.


• Conocimiento en troubleshooting de comunicación en la solución ITAM o Discovery con sus agentes o descubrimiento sin agentes. (Deseable SNOW Software, ILMT y BMC Discovery)


• Conocimiento en implementación de Integraciones con otras soluciones de otros fabricantes o in-house (Con herramientas de ITSM / ITAM, Gestor de Eventos, Automatización, FinOps, etc.)


• Conocimiento en fundamentos DevOps y arquitectura de microservicios, para diseño de integraciones.


• Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación .net.


• Conocimiento en administración de infraestructura On-prem o cloud (Enfoque en SaaS).


• Conocimientos en tecnologías de ITAM o Discovery (Deseable en SaaS).


• Capacidad de aprendizaje sobresaliente.


• Liderazgo para gestión de iniciativas con stakeholders para implementación de módulos de ITAM o Discovery.


• Experiencia personalizando patrones TPL para descubrimiento de tecnologías o infraestructura y elaboración de reportes personalizados.

- Snow License Manager 8 SPE (Medium o Senior)

• Snow Server and Enterprise Licensing Course


• Global ITAM-SAM-HAM-ITSM-ASSET MANAGEMENT 2024 CERTIFICATION
