About the Role
As a Supervisor, Project Controls, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of global projects across the Americas. You will be responsible for implementing and managing integrated project controls—including cost, schedule, risk, and change management—to enable informed decision-making and ensure alignment with the Project Delivery Framework and Investment System.
This position operates in a highly collaborative, international environment, working across multiple studies and project stages (Stages 0–2B) to drive consistency, governance, and performance in project execution.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be a key contributor to project success by ensuring high-quality forecasting, reporting, and controls that directly influence strategic decisions. Your expertise will support effective planning, cost management, and risk mitigation across complex projects, enabling safe, efficient, and value-driven delivery
As part of our team, you will
- Ensure adherence to enterprise Project Controls standards and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate integrated planning and scheduling across multiple studies and project stages.
- Lead cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with project maturity.
- Develop and maintain integrated cost and schedule forecasts, including cash flow projections
- Establish and manage project baselines (scope, cost, and schedule).
- Facilitate risk identification and integrate risk analysis into project controls.
- Implement and manage change control processes
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to support stage-gate decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in project controls systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- senior experience in Project Controls within large or mega projects.
- Proven experience supporting studies under FEL / Stage-Gate approach (Stages 0–2B).
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating classification systems (AACE Class 5–3).
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office tools.
- Experience with cost management systems (e.g., SAP, Contruent).
- Familiarity with cost and schedule risk analysis tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to work in global environments.
