Responsibilities:
- You will be the voice of our practice, ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for. Your daily impact will include:
- Act as the primary point of contact, handling incoming calls to seamlessly schedule appointments, navigate intake processes, and find the right specialists within our network.
- Provide accurate, high-quality answers to patient inquiries regarding billing, account updates, and general non-clinical concerns.
- Calmly and empathetically de-escalate situations with dissatisfied patients, turning challenging moments into positive experiences.
- Reach out to patients to share available test results, guide them through website navigation, or help them troubleshoot our member/patient app.
- Collaborate with fellow concierge professionals to elevate our service standards and assist in onboarding and training new team members on our customer management policies.

Requirements:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal (candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, C1 or above preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Hospitality (Healthcare experience is a huge plus!).
- Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and troubleshooting mobile apps.
- High emotional intelligence, active listening, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
