This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a bilingual (English & Spanish) professional who is organized, personable, and ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with leads and clients (inbound & outbound)
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish (phone, email, messaging)
- Use Google Calendar, Sheets, and Zoom Caller to manage and track appointments
- Maintain clear records of all client interactions
- Follow up with leads and reschedule when needed
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Comfortable making calls and speaking confidently on the phone
- Has prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or appointment setting
- Owns a computer, headset, and has a stable internet connection
- Able to work full-time (8 hours/day) on U.S. West Coast hours
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity
- Has a quiet work environment for professional phone communication

- Internal CRM (if applicable – clarify if you use one)
