JEFE DE PROYECTOS

REQUISITOS

Licenciado en Agronomía o Ingeniería Industrial
2 años en el puesto de proyectos dirección de empresas
Conocimiento en Gestión y Administración de proyectos
Conocimiento del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio
Conocimiento de Excel a nivel intermedio.
Disponibilidad para viajar a diferentes provincias.

FUNCIONES

ELABORAR Y DEFINIR LOS PROYECTOS SEGÚN LAS NECESIDADES, OBJETIVOS Y CAPACIDADES DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN.
REALIZAR UNA PLANIFICACIÓN DONDE SE DEFINAN FECHAS Y PLAZOS PARA CUMPLIR CON LAS ETAPAS DEL PROYECTO.
ASIGNAR Y SUPERVISAR LAS TAREAS DESIGNADAS PARA LA EJECUCIÓN DEL PROYECTO.
ADMINISTRAR Y CONTROLAR LOS RECURSOS FINANCIEROS DE ACUERDO AL PRESUPUESTO.
ADMINISTRACIÓN DE LA PRODUCCIÓN

ADMINISTRACIÓN DE LA CADENA DE SUMINISTROS

IMPLEMENTAR CAMBIOS Y BRINDAR SOLUCIONES EFECTIVAS SEGÚN LOS PROBLEMAS QUE SE PRESENTEN.
IDENTIFICAR CON ANTERIORIDAD POSIBLES RIESGOS QUE PUEDA AFECTAR EL DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO.
NEGOCIAR CON LOS PROVEEDORES PARA TENER TODOS LOS MATERIALES Y RECURSOS EN EL MOMENTO QUE EL PROYECTO LOS NECESITE.
REALIZAR SEGUIMIENTO AL DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO PARA CONTROLAR Y VERIFICAR QUE TODO SE CUMPLA DE ACUERDO A LOS OBJETIVOS ESTABLECIDOS.
ELABORACIÓN DE INFORMES PERIÓDICOS PARA DAR A CONOCER LOS AVANCES Y RESULTADOS QUE SE ESTÁN OBTENIENDO.
